I am a licensed clinical social worker, individual and group psychotherapist, organizational strategy consultant, and educator with experience at the intersection of mental health, higher education, nonprofit leadership, and organizational change. I bring a deeply relational, trauma-informed, and equity-centered lens to clinical practice, teaching, and consulting, supporting individuals and institutions navigating complexity, transition, and growth. I am the Founder and CEO of The Hedera Group, a psychotherapy and consulting practice. Through this work, I provide individual and group psychotherapy, clinical supervision, and organizational consultation to nonprofits, foundations, healthcare systems, and academic institutions. My clinical practice is grounded in psychodynamic theory and is trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and LGBTQ+ affirming. I am known for creating thoughtful, reflective spaces that support insight, healing, and sustainable change—whether working with clients, leadership teams, or multidisciplinary groups.
