I use a relational and interpersonal approach and incorporate elements of EFT and mindfulness to get curious with clients around the messy parts of their lives, to untangle how their past influences the present and prepare them for a future where they can be more connected to others and yourself. I have studied at The Stephen Mitchell Center for Relational Studies and completed the Manhattan Institute for Psychoanalysis One Year Program: The Sociopolitical World & Psychoanalysis. I enjoy providing supervision and consultation to early career therapists of color looking to cultivate their clinical voice and navigate the terrain. In consultation I provide support on cases/caseloads where therapists are looking to bring a more culturally-responsive, sociopolitical-minded or queer lens to their clinical practice.
