For over 35 years, I’ve worked with adolescents and adults to help them find new ways of understanding themselves and their relationships. My approach comes from the Relational school of psychoanalysis, which sees the therapeutic relationship as the heart of healing and growth. I welcome people beginning at age 15 and work with a wide range of concerns, always with the belief that change happens through connection, curiosity, and trust. I completed both the Psychoanalytic and Trauma Programs at the Manhattan Institute for Psychoanalysis, where I now teach, supervise, and serve as a training analyst. Alongside my clinical practice, I find meaning in supporting new clinicians as they develop their own voices and ways of working.
