I provide individual and couples therapy to adults from diverse backgrounds. My approach is primarily psychodynamic and psychoanalytic, although I incorporate other modalities as well. I am compassionate as well as direct, and I am active, both when listening intently to your story or working with you to piece together its meanings. My ultimate goal is to help you derive more satisfaction from your life and relationships.
I am a graduate of the Manhattan Institute's Certificate Program in Psychoanalysis, and the Certificate Program in Trauma Studies. I teach and supervise at several psychoanalytic institutes in New York City.
